Werner Herzog interviews with philosophers, bankers, and even other filmmakers, all of those who ran away from his usual city life to live and work at McMurdo. He also interviews with some scientists and teachers school survival. Even being with all these interesting people living and working at McMurdo, Werner Herzog upset by how this life is so similar to the city (he hates the presence at the station yoga courses and vending machines), and yet he was very disappointed with the good weather… Renowned documentary filmmaker Werner Herzog invites you to open to him cold and picturesque land of the Arctic.
